Steps
* You must be the owner of the extension you are forwarding or have Admin privileges.
1. Log in to https://manage.press8.com with your username and password.
2. Once logged in, navigate to Devices and Numbers=>Telephone Lines.
3. Click on your extension number (recognized by the last 3 of 7 digits).
4. In the “Forward to:” section, next to “All calls, without ringing telephone, to number:” input the phone number you want to forward your calls to including the area code but with NO dashes.
5. Then click “Save”.
6. To remove the forward, start on Step 1 but instead remove the phone number, then click “Save”.
